These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tambet platform, including all gaming, betting, financial, and support services available at tambet.bio. By registering an account or using any tambet service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By accessing tambet.bio, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the tambet Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with tambet's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the tambet Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Access to the tambet Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:
tambet operates exclusively for players located in the Philippines. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is the sole responsibility of the accessing user. tambet does not represent that access from any specific jurisdiction other than the Philippines is lawful.
One Account Policy. Each player may hold only one tambet account. Opening or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and winnings contained therein.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tambet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. tambet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Reporting Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact tambet support immediately via live chat so that the account can be secured pending investigation.
Account Inactivity. Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. tambet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts where a balance is present, after providing written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be archived following the inactivity period.
KYC Verification. All players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license. tambet may request additional documentation at any time where it reasonably suspects identity fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Accepted Methods. tambet currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank (via InstaPay), USDT, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific deposit and withdrawal methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit into a tambet account is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified players, though tambet may apply enhanced due diligence requirements for deposits that exceed applicable reporting thresholds under Philippine anti-money laundering law.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five minutes for amounts within standard thresholds. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within 15 minutes. tambet does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by the player's financial institution.
Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
Refund Policy. Deposits that have not been used for betting or gaming and have not been associated with any bonus claim may be refunded to the original payment method upon verified request. Deposits used for wagering are not refundable. tambet does not accept chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend accounts where a chargeback is initiated through a player's financial institution.
General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the tambet Platform are final once confirmed. tambet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where an error in the published odds or game configuration is identified by tambet at its sole discretion.
Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Individual game and table betting limits are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, provider, and player account status. tambet reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.
Void Bets. tambet reserves the right to void any bet where:
Live Casino and Live Dealer Rules. All live dealer games at tambet are governed by the rules published within each game interface by the respective provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer round, the game will be settled according to the result recorded by the dealer studio system at the time of disconnection.
Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets at tambet are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIFA, NBA, UFC). Markets settled prior to the final result becoming official may be revised. tambet reserves the right to suspend or remove any market before settlement.
Jackpot and Progressive Games. Jackpot prizes are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. tambet does not guarantee jackpot payouts independently of the game provider's certified system and is not liable for jackpot disputes arising from provider-side system events.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tambet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Player Obligations. Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that gaming outcomes are determined by chance or skill within a mathematically defined house edge. Players agree to use the tambet Platform solely for entertainment purposes and not as a source of income.
Responsible Gaming Tools. tambet provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible via Account Settings:
Minor Protection. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not have access to their tambet login credentials or device sessions. tambet strongly recommends enabling device-level screen lock and password protection.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tambet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tambet's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tambet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at tambet.bio/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
By registering an account, you consent to tambet collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including your name, contact details, payment information, KYC documents, and betting activity records.
tambet may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units in compliance with Philippine law, including PAGCOR reporting obligations and AMLA requirements. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of tambet's data protection obligations.
By tambet. tambet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tambet will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason to the player and to resolve the matter promptly. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds and winnings generated through Prohibited Conduct) will be returned to the player following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
By the Player. You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting tambet support via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account within seven business days. Unused bonus balances are forfeited upon closure.
tambet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, tambet will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates that improve player protections — may take effect without advance notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the tambet Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the tambet Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through tambet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting tambet support at [email protected]. tambet will respond to formal disputes within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
